Shipping policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment and estimated delivery date.

• United States: 3–5 business days

• International: 4–15 business days (average 7 days)

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs, or regional disruptions.

GymCherry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

• Please file a claim directly with the carrier.

• We do not refund or replace orders marked as delivered.

Shipping fees and the value of the order are non-refundable in such cases.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included at checkout and vary by country.
