"My packages says delivered but I cant find it"

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it (lost or stolen), please file a claim directly with the carrier responsible for delivery. GYMCHERRY is not liable for packages marked as delivered. Please note that shipping fees and orders are non-refundable in such cases.
