If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

🗓️ 14-Day Easy Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

đźšš Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The fee typically ranges from $4–$8 depending on your location, and will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues

If an item is defective, it is eligible for replacement within 14 days after shipment is received, so please inspect your items immediately. Please email info@gymcherry.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the defect to qualify for a replacement.

 

Exchanges

For a faster exchange, return your item by emailing info@gymcherry.com , then place a new order for the desired size or style.

 

Clearance / Sale items

All clearance and promotional sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Lost/Stolen Items

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please file a claim with the carrier. GymCherry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Shipping fees and orders marked as delivered are non-refundable
